This Cancellation Policy explains how to end a ShipSprint subscription and what happens when you do. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
HOW TO CANCEL. An organisation owner can cancel at any time from the Billing section inside the application. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no need to contact us first — though we always welcome hearing what went wrong.
WHEN IT TAKES EFFECT. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and no further charges are made afterwards. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
YOUR DATA AFTER CANCELLATION. Cancelling stops billing — it does not delete anything. Your workspace remains available within free-tier limits, so you can keep using it or export your entire workspace as machine-readable JSON from within the application at any time. If you want your data gone, an owner can delete the workspace from Admin → Danger zone: a 30-day grace window follows, during which any owner can cancel the deletion, after which everything is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax invoices, are retained in an anonymized archive as described in the Privacy Policy.
DOWNGRADING INSTEAD. If cost is the concern, you may simply remain on the free tier instead of deleting anything: core features remain available within its limits and your existing data stays in place.
REDUCING SEATS. You can remove users at any time; your next invoice reflects the smaller number of seats. The current period is not refunded for removed seats.
INACTIVE WORKSPACES. Workspaces in which nothing has happened for 45 days are notified by email that deletion is scheduled 30 days out. Any sign-in during that time cancels the deletion automatically. This keeps abandoned data from lingering indefinitely.
CANCELLATION BY US. We may cancel a subscription for material breach of the Terms of Service, or for non-payment after 14 days' notice. Your data then remains exportable as described above before any deletion is scheduled.
