Plans are priced per seat in rupees and every invoice is GST-compliant, so paying for it works like paying any Indian vendor: no dollar card, no exchange-rate surprises on the statement, and an invoice your finance team already knows how to file.
The product is built for how software and IT companies here actually run. Some client agreements say where project data may be stored. The sub-processor list names every provider involved and the security overview covers isolation, two-factor authentication, the audit log and export. Check them against your contract before you move client work in, and ask if anything there doesn't answer your client's question.
