Bengaluru is one of India's main centres for software, yet the usual project tools were designed for companies in the United States and Europe. That shows up in two ways.

The price is in dollars. A per-seat figure set for another market becomes a large line item for a growing Indian team, and it changes with the exchange rate every time the card is charged.
