Trying it without a commitment

The trial is 14 days of the full Business plan, with a sample project loaded and no card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace carries on under Free and nothing is deleted, so you can test with real work. If you pay and change your mind, any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days. The full workspace exports as JSON whenever you want to leave.

The built-in wiki is worth setting up early. Decisions made fast in a small team get forgotten fast, and the wiki keeps them next to the work, with page history. Any sentence on a page can become a task.

When the team grows, on Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave and public holidays. In Bengaluru that means Ugadi in the spring, Dasara in the autumn, Diwali and Holi, and the regional festivals of colleagues from other states. If you work some Saturdays, as some firms do, plan on the days you actually work. In a team of six, one person away is a big share of the sprint.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., built in Hyderabad and billed in rupees with GST-compliant invoices. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. Bengaluru is on the same time as IST, so there's no time difference to plan around when you contact support.

Billing. You pay per seat in rupees through Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of GST. If your startup is GST-registered, your accountant can tell you how to claim the input tax credit.

Data protection. If your product collects personal data from users, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to how you handle it, including in support tickets and bug reports. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts before that data goes into a workspace.
