What ShipSprint is
ShipSprint is project management software for the whole company. Every team gets boards, sprints and a roadmap in its own vocabulary: sprints for engineering, candidates for HR, campaigns for marketing. Hours are logged in about five seconds next to the task just finished. Decisions live in a built-in wiki next to the work. Delivery dates are forecast from each team’s measured pace, not from the plan made at kickoff.
It also works where people already are. One connection lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity read and update the board with the user’s own permissions, and GitHub branches and pull requests move cards on their own.
Why we built it
Most of the cost of running projects isn’t the software. It’s the chasing: asking for updates, reminding people to log hours, rebuilding the status picture before every review, and finding out a date has slipped after it already has. We built ShipSprint so that status, hours and forecasts arrive as a side effect of normal work, and nobody has to be the nagging layer.
We also wanted it to be affordable for the teams we know best. Most project tools are priced in dollars for large companies. ShipSprint is priced per seat in rupees, with GST invoices, and the same subscription covers every department.
Four things we won’t compromise on
No screenshots, no keystroke logging, no activity tracking. We measure delivered work and the hours people log themselves, and everyone sees their own numbers first.
Every workspace is an isolated tenant, exportable as JSON at any time. We don’t use customer content to train machine-learning models.
Per seat, in rupees, with a free plan that doesn’t expire, a 14-day trial that doesn’t ask for a card, and a full refund on any charge within 7 days.
Our comparison pages say where the other tool is the better choice. If Jira or Linear fits you better, we’d rather you knew before you signed up.

We have one office, in Hyderabad. We don’t have offices or local entities in other countries, and our pages for teams elsewhere say so plainly. Support runs by email and in-app chat, and the person who answers is usually someone who built the part you’re asking about.
Talk to us
Questions about the product, your account, billing or your data go to sk@quantuva.in, and a person replies, usually the same working day. If you already use ShipSprint, the in-app help reaches us with your workspace context attached. The security overview and the sub-processor list answer most questions a client contract will raise.
