ShipSprint is software delivered entirely over the internet by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Nothing physical is ever shipped, so no courier, delivery address or shipping charge applies to any order. This page describes how the service you purchase is delivered.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE. A subscription provides your organisation access to the ShipSprint web application at shipsprint.app for the number of seats you have purchased, with the features listed for your plan on our pricing page.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. Delivery is immediate and automatic. A new workspace is provisioned and usable within about a minute of signing up. Upgrades, added seats and renewals take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway — normally within seconds. If a payment has been confirmed but your access has not updated within 24 hours, contact us via the contact details published on our Contact page (shipsprint.app/#/contact) and we will resolve it promptly.
HOW YOU RECEIVE IT. Through any modern web browser over HTTPS, with nothing to install. A confirmation and a GST-compliant tax invoice are emailed to the address on the account for every charge.
GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY. The service is available wherever you have internet access. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees and GST applies to customers in India.
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Prolonged unplanned unavailability caused by us is credited or refunded under the Refund Policy.
