Free costs nothing for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with all project templates and community support, and no time limit. It covers the core boards. Time tracking, GitHub integration, forecasts and AI assistants are not part of Free.

Team is ₹299 per user per month or ₹2,899 per user per year, plus GST, for up to 40 users and 100 projects. It adds GitHub integration, time tracking and timesheets, the manager dashboard, capacity planning with out-of-office, email digests and AI assistant access.

Business is ₹599 per user per month or ₹6,499 per user per year, plus GST. It adds delivery forecasts, scorecards, the owner command center and Monday digest, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects.

When it's worth moving to Team

Free is enough while a small team just needs a shared board. Three things usually make Team worth it. The board should follow GitHub, so cards move when branches open and close when pull requests merge. You need to know where time went, for a client invoice, a grant report or simply to see how much of the month went on support. Or developers want to work with the board from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity over MCP, with their own permissions.

Business is worth it later, when you need delivery forecasts from measured velocity, a Monday digest across several teams, or an investor or enterprise customer asks about the workspace audit log and sign-in with Google or Microsoft.

Planning a small team around the calendar

With four people, one person away is a quarter of the company. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays: Diwali and Holi, and in Ahmedabad the big regional festivals of Navratri in the autumn and Uttarayan in January. An early hire from another state may celebrate regional festivals that differ from yours. If you work some Saturdays, as some Indian firms do, set capacity to the days you really work.

There's no monitoring in ShipSprint: no screenshots, no keystroke logging, no activity tracking. Everyone opens to a "my day" screen with today's items and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the person who can help.

Signing up from Ahmedabad: what to know first

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which builds ShipSprint in Hyderabad and bills in rupees with GST-compliant invoices. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Support hours. You and support share IST, and replies usually come the same working day.

Billing. Per seat in rupees through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST. Once your startup has a valid GSTIN on the account, the GST-compliant invoice usually lets you claim input-tax credit; your accountant can confirm.

Data protection. As soon as you collect personal data from users or pilot customers, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against it and any customer contract before that data goes into a task. Every plan includes a full JSON export.
