What each stage actually gets you

Free gives up to 5 users and 2 projects on the core boards, with every project template and community support. There's no time limit. It does not include time tracking, GitHub, forecasts, AI assistants or the manager dashboard, and we'd rather say so here than have you find out in week three.

Team, at ₹299 per user per month or ₹2,899 per user per year, is the step worth taking once you have paying customers, billable hours or a regular release cycle. It adds GitHub integration (branches move cards, merged pull requests close them), time tracking and timesheets, capacity planning with out-of-office, work follow-ups, email digests, the manager dashboard and AI assistant access over MCP. It allows up to 40 users and 100 projects.

Business, at ₹599 per user per month or ₹6,499 per user per year, is for when the founder needs to see across teams: the owner command center and Monday digest, delivery forecasts from measured velocity, scorecards, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects.

Small team, every absence counts

In a team of six, one person on leave is a sixth of the company. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, so a launch planned for the week of Diwali or Holi shows up as short of people while there's still time to move it. Regional festivals differ from state to state, so ask early hires from other states which days they'll need. If the startup works some Saturdays, plan on that week, not the textbook one.

Founders also lose decisions. The built-in wiki keeps them as pages with history next to the work, and any line can become a task. Everyone opens to a my-day screen with today's items and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the right person.

ShipSprint has no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking. That matters when your first hires are deciding whether they trust how the company is run.

Signing up from Chandigarh: what to know first

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad company, builds ShipSprint and bills in rupees with GST-compliant invoices. Support is by email and in-app chat; Free uses community support.

Time zones. Support keeps IST hours, the same as yours, and replies usually come the same working day.

Billing. Paid seats are charged in rupees through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST. Once the startup is registered for GST and has a valid GSTIN, the invoices support an input-tax credit claim.

Data protection. Customer and candidate details are personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts before that data goes in.
