One client, a dozen people asking
Many large companies have their headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and agencies here often work for them. A corporate account rarely means one contact. There's a brand manager for each product line, a regional team, a communications office, someone from legal, and a procurement contact who looks after the statement of work.
Each of them sends requests, often directly to whichever agency person they know best. By the end of the month the agency has done a lot of work that was never formally asked for, some of it twice, and the account lead finds out when the hours don't match the retainer.
ShipSprint gives every request one door. Asks from any client contact go into a triage inbox, where the account lead checks them against the statement of work and decides what's scheduled, what needs a change order and what waits. Only then does a task reach a designer or writer.
Setting up a large account so it stays manageable
Marketing templates and vocabulary on every board: campaigns, content calendars, launch checklists.
Each brand or business unit gets its own board and history. Team allows 100 projects, and Business has no limit for agencies with many accounts.
Brand review, legal review and final sign-off as board columns. A WIP limit on each shows when work is piling up with one approver.
Scope, deliverables and brand rules on a wiki page with page history. Any line can become a task, so scheduled work traces back to the agreement.
The "I'm blocked" button flags work stuck on assets or feedback and brings in the account lead with the context attached.
Monthly reporting without the scramble
Corporate clients often want a monthly account of hours and deliverables, sometimes split by brand. On Team and up, staff log time in about five seconds next to the task they just finished, and timesheets show hours by project, so the split by brand follows from how the account is set up. Reminders to log go to the person, not their manager.
The manager dashboard on Team shows who's overloaded across accounts. On Business, the agency owner gets the command center and a Monday digest across every client, plus scorecards that are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe. ShipSprint has no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking.
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and holidays. Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays tend to leave US teams short, and corporate clients may want year-end work wrapped up before their own break.
What a Dallas agency should know before signing up
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the US, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 11 hours 30 minutes ahead of Dallas in winter and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support replies usually come the same working day in India, which is overnight for you, so set things up a few days before you move a corporate account across.
Billing. Charges are per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts them to dollars. How Texas sales or use tax applies to a software subscription from abroad is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. US privacy rules come from state laws, such as California's CCPA and Texas's consumer privacy law, and sector rules like HIPAA, rather than one federal law. Corporate clients' contracts may restrict which vendors see their data, so check the sub-processor list and the security overview against those terms and your own duties.
