Leadership wants to know which dates are real. On Business, delivery forecasts recalculate from each squad’s measured velocity as its sprints close, and the owner command center puts every squad on one screen, with a Monday digest that arrives already assembled. Scorecards and manager performance analytics are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking underneath them.

What a Toronto SaaS company should check first

Who you’re buying from. ShipSprint is developed by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There’s no office or local entity in Canada; support is by email and in-app chat, with priority support on Business.

Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Toronto in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support replies usually come the same Indian working day, so move one squad first and let the others follow once the setup questions are settled.

Billing. Each user is billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and the conversion to Canadian dollars happens at your bank. How HST applies to a service from a supplier outside Canada is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. PIPEDA governs most Canadian businesses’ handling of personal information, and some provinces have their own laws. If your customers include financial institutions, their vendor reviews may reach your tools as well.
