On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave and out-of-office, so a sprint isn't planned on the assumption that everyone is in. Put those into the plan early and a release that would have landed on a half-empty week moves before anyone has promised it.

Day to day, each person opens a "my day" screen rather than the whole backlog: today's items, a one-tap time log, and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the right person with the context attached. Nothing in the product takes screenshots, logs keystrokes or tracks activity. On Business, scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

Time zones. IST is 11 hours 30 minutes ahead of Minneapolis in winter and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, so our working day is over before yours starts.
