Each person starts the day on a “my day” screen: today's items, a one-tap time log, and an “I'm blocked” button that pulls in the person who can help, with context attached. Time logging takes about five seconds beside the task just finished, and any reminder goes to that person rather than their manager. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays. In the US the weeks that most often thin out a sprint are Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July, and the end-of-December holidays. A sprint that covers one of those is planned with the days actually available.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the US, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Atlanta in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, so our working days barely overlap. Replies usually come the same working day, Indian time, which for you generally means overnight. Put the details in the first message so an answer doesn't need a second round.

Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to dollars, so the dollar amount can move slightly with the exchange rate. Whether any sales or use tax applies to a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. The US has no single federal privacy law. Instead there's a growing set of state laws, such as California's CCPA, plus sector rules like HIPAA for health data.
