An early startup's software spend creeps up in small amounts: a seat here, an add-on there, a tier upgrade to get one report. Each line is minor, but together they add up to a hire nobody budgeted for.
ShipSprint's pricing is short enough to keep in your head. Free covers core boards for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with every template and no time limit. Team is ₹299 per user per month and adds time tracking, GitHub, the manager dashboard, capacity planning and AI assistant access. Business is ₹599 and adds forecasts, scorecards, the owner command center, the audit log and sign-in with Google or Microsoft. There are no add-ons beyond that.
Free covers the boards only. Time tracking, GitHub and AI assistants start on Team, and forecasts on Business. For a team of three building a first version, Free may be all you need for a while.
Monthly or annual, and the exchange rate
Prices are set in Indian rupees and charged through Razorpay. Your card issuer or bank converts the charge to dollars, so the dollar figure on your statement depends on the exchange rate on the day, and your card may add a foreign transaction fee. Neither is set by us.
Annual billing is cheaper per seat (₹2,899 a year on Team, against ₹299 a month) and fixes the rupee price for the year. Monthly billing is easier when headcount is changing every few weeks. Whichever you choose, any paid charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days.
Before paying anything, try the 14-day trial. It opens the full Business plan with a sample project and asks for no card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace carries on under Free and nothing is deleted.

Using ShipSprint from Atlanta: the plain facts
Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company in Hyderabad, India, makes ShipSprint. We have no office or local entity in the US. Support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Atlanta in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Replies usually come the same working day, Indian time, so a question you send in the evening is often answered by the time you're back.
Billing. Per seat, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay, converted by your bank. Ask your accountant whether any sales or use tax applies to a service bought from abroad.
Data protection. The US relies on state laws such as California's CCPA, plus sector rules like HIPAA for health data, rather than one federal privacy law. If you hold user or candidate data, check the sub-processor list and security overview against whichever rules apply and any customer contracts.
On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave and public holidays. In a five-person team, Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays can take out a large share of a sprint, so plan with them in view.
