Ramadan, when working hours are often shorter, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays shift about eleven days earlier each year. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, so a release planned across Eid is planned with the engineers who will be there to ship and support it.

Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Manama, all year round. Your Sunday-to-Thursday week and the Indian working week share most of their days, and support replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Data protection. Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) sets your duties as the company holding the data. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against that law and your customer agreements, especially if support tickets will carry customer details.
