A release calendar that shifts every year

Many SaaS teams avoid shipping a major release just before a long holiday, when there are fewer people to watch it and answer the first support tickets. Billing. Seats are charged per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay; your bank converts to riyals. Ask your accountant how any local tax applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Your customers may ask how you meet Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and which vendors can see their data.
