Velocity isn't the same every month

Sprint estimates usually assume that every sprint looks like the average one. That breaks down in Qatar, where Ramadan often brings shorter working hours and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays remove days altogether. A team that delivers a certain amount in a normal sprint will deliver less in a Ramadan sprint, and pretending otherwise just moves the disappointment to the review.

Data protection. Logs, screenshots and test data pasted into tasks can contain personal data covered by Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law. Review the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any client agreements.
