One place for the work, whichever team it belongs to
Many companies end up with a tool per department: a sprint board for the developers, a spreadsheet for HR, a shared inbox for operations and a slide deck for management. Each team can see its own work. Nobody can see how it fits together without calling a meeting.
ShipSprint puts those teams in one workspace on one per-seat subscription. Engineering, HR, marketing and operations each get their own templates and vocabulary, but the boards, the hours and the wiki are shared. Per-column WIP limits show when a stage is full before more work is added, and new requests land in a triage inbox where someone assigns them on purpose.
The built-in wiki keeps decisions next to the work they affect, with page history. Any sentence on a page can be turned into a task, so an agreed action doesn't stay buried in meeting notes.
Planning around Ramadan and the Eid holidays
In Qatar, the periods that most change a team's capacity are Ramadan, when working hours are often shorter, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays. Because they follow the lunar calendar, they move about eleven days earlier each year, so last year's plan can't simply be copied forward. The exact holiday dates are often confirmed only shortly beforehand.
On Team and Business, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, so a sprint that includes Eid is sized for the people who will be at work. During Ramadan, a team can commit to less and see the result on the manager dashboard rather than discovering it at the sprint review.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity as each sprint closes. A shorter Ramadan sprint shows up in the forecast date straight away, which gives a manager time to adjust scope or talk to a client before a deadline is at risk.
What each part of the company uses
Every plan includes all the project templates. The features above the boards depend on the plan.
Sprints and WIP-limited boards. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them.
Hiring pipelines and onboarding checklists, so a new joiner's first week is planned and owned.
Recurring tasks, campaign calendars and launch checklists, described in their own terms.
On Team and up, the manager dashboard and email digests. On Business, the owner command center and a Monday digest.
When partners work a different week
A Sunday to Thursday week means that partners, suppliers or clients on a Monday to Friday week share only four working days with you. Status that depends on a call is hard to keep up across that gap. In ShipSprint, a card's column is its status, and anyone can read the board on their own working day.
Everyone starts on a "my day" screen: today's items, a one-tap time log on Team and up, and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the person who can help, with the context attached. On Team and Business, people can also ask the workspace questions from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity over MCP, and the assistant has only the permissions of the person using it. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking on any plan.
Using ShipSprint from Doha: what to know first
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Qatar, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Doha all year, so most of your working day overlaps ours and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time. Your Sunday is usually not a working day in India, so a question sent then may be answered on Monday.
Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to Qatari riyals. How any local tax applies to a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) governs how you handle personal data. The sub-processor list names each provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and full JSON export. Check both against your own obligations and client contracts before adding personal data.
Questions from Doha teams
No. You contract with Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India, and charges are in rupees. Support is remote, by email and in-app chat.
On Team and Business, public holidays and approved leave count in capacity planning. Because the Eid dates move each year, check them when you plan each quarter.

No. Nothing records screens, keystrokes or activity. On Business, scorecards use delivered work and self-logged hours, are adjusted for approved leave, and are visible to the person they describe.
Any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days, and the whole workspace can be exported as JSON on any plan. After the 14-day trial, an unpaid workspace continues on Free with nothing deleted.
