Four shared working days a week
Many Israeli firms work Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday as the weekend. Most of their customers and partners abroad work Monday to Friday. That leaves four days a week when both sides are at their desks, and two days when one side is working and the other isn't. A question asked on a Thursday afternoon in Tel Aviv might not be answered until Monday somewhere else, and a request sent from Europe on Friday sits untouched until Sunday.
A project tool can't change the calendar, but it can stop work from depending on people being online at the same time. In ShipSprint a card's column is its status, a blocker is raised in one tap with context attached, and a request that arrives while the team is off goes into a triage inbox where it waits to be assigned, instead of getting lost in someone's chat.
Boards, sprints, time logging and a wiki come in one subscription, priced per seat. Free covers the core boards for up to 5 users and 2 projects with no time limit. Team, at ₹299 per user per month, adds time tracking, GitHub, capacity planning and the manager dashboard. Business, at ₹599, adds delivery forecasts, scorecards and the owner command center.
Status people abroad can read on their Monday
Everyone starts on a "my day" screen: today's items, a one-tap time log, and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the person who can help. Nobody waits for a meeting to say they're stuck.
On Business, the owner command center shows every team in one place, and delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so a date that's drifting shows up weeks early. When an investor or a partner abroad asks for an update, the picture is already there rather than rebuilt by hand.
On Team and Business, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity connect to the workspace over MCP. Someone in a US office can ask "what did the Tel Aviv team close this week?" in plain language, and the assistant sees only what that person is allowed to see.
Each function in its own vocabulary
Engineering, HR, marketing and operations templates share one subscription and one login.
Sprints with per-column WIP limits and a triage inbox. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them.
Candidate pipelines and onboarding checklists, so each new joiner's first week has an owner.
Launch calendars, content queues and recurring operational tasks, tracked like a sprint but in their own words.
On Business, the command center, a Monday digest, leave-adjusted scorecards each person can see, and the workspace audit log.
Planning around the autumn holidays and Passover
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and out-of-office alongside public holidays. In Israel the stretch that matters most is the autumn, when Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot come close together and break up several weeks of sprints. Passover does the same in the spring. Plan releases and customer commitments around those dates before the quarter starts, not when the first holiday arrives.
The built-in wiki keeps decisions next to the work they affect, with page history, and any sentence can become a task. A decision made before the holidays is still readable, with its reasons, when the team comes back.
If your week runs Sunday to Thursday, use the 14-day trial to check that sprint dates and capacity look right for your own working days before you commit.
Using ShipSprint from Tel Aviv: what to know first
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Israel, and support is provided by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 3 hours 30 minutes ahead of Tel Aviv in winter and 2 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, so your morning overlaps the Indian afternoon and a morning question usually gets a reply the same working day. The weeks differ too: Sunday is usually not a working day in India, so a question sent on Sunday may wait until Monday, while Friday is a normal Indian working day.
Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to shekels. How Israeli VAT applies to a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. Israeli organisations that hold personal data work under the Protection of Privacy Law and the regulations made under it. The sub-processor list names every provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and JSON export. Check both against your own obligations and any customer contracts.
