Free, then what?

Most founders have been caught at least once by a free tool that turned out to be a countdown, or one whose first paid tier was priced for a company ten times their size. Trying it on a real sprint

The 14-day trial gives the whole team the full Business plan with a sample project loaded and no card. Run a real sprint on it: connect GitHub, log some time, and see whether forecasts or the command center would earn their price. If you don't upgrade, the workspace drops back to Free with nothing deleted. If you do and it was a mistake, any paid charge is refunded within 7 days.

If your week runs Sunday to Thursday, use the trial to check that sprint dates and capacity fit your working days.

A small team also feels each absence. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, which matters most when Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot come close together in the autumn, and again at Passover in the spring. Nothing in ShipSprint records screens, keystrokes or activity.

Buying ShipSprint from Tel Aviv: what to know

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Israel, and support is available by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 3 hours 30 minutes ahead of Tel Aviv in winter and 2 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Ask in your morning and you'll usually hear back the same working day. Sunday is usually a day off in India, so Sunday questions are normally answered on Monday.

Billing. You're charged per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount to shekels. Ask your accountant how Israeli VAT applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Once you hold customer or employee data, Israel's Protection of Privacy Law applies. Before that data goes into tasks or wiki pages, check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts.
