One place for the work, the hours and the decisions

In a growing company, project information ends up scattered. Tasks live in a spreadsheet, requests arrive on WhatsApp and email, hours are written up at the end of the month, and the reason a decision was made exists only in the memory of whoever was in the room. When a manager needs to know where a project stands, someone has to go and ask.

ShipSprint brings those pieces together. Boards with per-column WIP limits show what's moving and what's stuck. A triage inbox collects new requests so they get a decision instead of getting lost. On Team and up, time is logged in about five seconds next to the task just finished. And the built-in wiki keeps decisions next to the work, with page history, so any sentence can become a task.

Pricing is per seat. Free covers the core boards for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with no time limit. Team is ₹299 per user per month and adds time tracking, GitHub, capacity planning and the manager dashboard. Business is ₹599 and adds delivery forecasts, scorecards and the owner command center.

Planning around Ramadan and the Eids

The working week in Oman runs Sunday to Thursday, and the calendar that most affects delivery moves every year. Ramadan, when working hours are often shorter, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays fall about eleven days earlier each year, so last year's plan is not a safe guide to this year's capacity.

On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays. When the sprint that falls in Ramadan is planned, it can be planned on the hours people will actually work, and a deadline that lands in an Eid week is visible before it's promised to anyone.

On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity each time a sprint closes. Because the forecast follows what the team actually delivered, a slower stretch shows up in the projected date rather than being hidden until the end.

Every function, one plan

Beyond the engineering board

Templates and vocabulary for engineering, HR, marketing and operations on the same subscription.

Engineering

Sprints with WIP limits and a triage inbox. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them.

HR

Hiring pipelines and onboarding checklists with clear owners, tracked like any other project.

Marketing

Campaign calendars and launch checklists that can be scheduled around the holiday calendar from the start.

Operations

Recurring processes, vendor requests and approvals on boards that use operations language.

Owners

On Business, a command center across all teams and a Monday digest that arrives assembled, so nobody compiles status by hand.

Asking for help without a meeting

Everyone opens to a "my day" screen: today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the person who can help, with the context attached. On Team and Business, people can also query and update the workspace from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity over MCP, with only the permissions they already have.

There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. Time reminders go to the individual, not their manager, and Business scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

Using ShipSprint from Muscat: what to know first

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Oman or elsewhere in the Gulf. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Muscat all year, so most of your working day overlaps ours and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time. The working weeks differ, though: Sunday is a working day for you, and a message sent then may be answered on the Indian working day that follows.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to rials. How Omani VAT applies to a service bought from outside Oman is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, issued by Royal Decree 6/2022, sets the rules for handling personal data. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview, which covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and JSON export, and check both against your own obligations and client contracts.
