Another card says "done", but the pull request is still waiting for review. By the time of the sprint review, someone has to reconcile the two before any useful conversation can start.

Sprints that allow for the Scottish calendar
Capacity planning on Team and up takes approved leave and public holidays into account. Scotland has its own bank holidays, including 2 January and St Andrew's Day, so if the people relying on your releases are in England, a date that suits them may land on a day your team is off. Build both calendars in, and look closely at sprints that cross the bank holiday weekends, Easter or Christmas to New Year.
Some teams also need hours by project for finance, for example to support a UK R&D tax relief claim. Timesheets on Team and up give a per-person, per-project record; what records a claim actually needs is something to confirm with your accountant.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Glasgow in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Replies usually arrive the same working day, Indian time; if you're connecting GitHub on a Friday afternoon, raise any questions in the morning.
