On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave and out-of-office. With five people, plan pilot milestones around Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays, and around the customer's own shutdown dates if they have them. Nothing in ShipSprint takes screenshots, logs keystrokes or tracks activity.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the US, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Phoenix, all year round. A question sent before you finish for the day is usually answered within our working day, so the reply is there in the morning.

Billing. You pay per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, converted to dollars by your bank. How Arizona tax applies to a foreign service is for your accountant.
