On Team and up, approved leave and out-of-office count in capacity planning, so an account lead can see a thin week coming and adjust the schedule, or the review timeline, with the client in advance.

If a review round is likely to run into a holiday week, plan for it explicitly: a reviewer away for Thanksgiving can hold up a launch as easily as a missing designer.
