The ninety days after the round closes
San Francisco is one of the main centres of venture capital in the US, and for a funded startup the months after a round have a familiar shape. The founders promised investors a hiring plan and a product milestone. Now they need to run interviews, onboard people, keep shipping and report progress, mostly with the same three or four people who were there before the money arrived.
The tool that worked for the founding team usually has no answer for the new questions. Where is each candidate in the process? What does a new engineer do on day one? Will the milestone we promised still land, now that half the team is new?
ShipSprint handles all three in one workspace. Candidate pipelines and onboarding checklists come from the HR templates, on the same subscription as the product board. New people start each day on a "my day" screen that shows only what they need today, with a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the right person with context. And on Business, the milestone has a forecast built from what the team is actually delivering.
Which plan fits which month
Every plan includes all project templates, for engineering, HR, marketing and operations.
Core boards for up to 5 users and 2 projects, no time limit. A product board and a fundraising pipeline fit.
₹299 per user per month. Capacity planning with leave, time tracking, GitHub sync, the manager dashboard and AI assistant access.
₹599 per user per month. Delivery forecasts, the command center and Monday digest, scorecards and the audit log.
A full JSON export of the workspace on every plan, so you're never locked in.
Telling investors the truth about the milestone
An investor update is easier to write when the dates in it came from somewhere. On Business, ShipSprint recalculates delivery forecasts from measured velocity at the end of each sprint. If the milestone is drifting because onboarding is slower than planned, the forecast shows it weeks ahead, while you can still cut scope or move a hire forward.
The owner command center on Business puts every team's status on one screen, and the Monday digest arrives already assembled, which saves a founder from rebuilding the picture before each update.
Keep the plan behind the milestone in the wiki. Pages keep their history, so when an investor asks what changed since last quarter, the answer is on the page. Any sentence can become a task.
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and out-of-office, which matters when a quarter's hiring plan runs into Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July or the end-of-December holidays. Offer letters with start dates in those weeks mean onboarding with fewer people around to help.
No one's activity is tracked: ShipSprint has no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity monitoring.
Four things San Francisco founders should know
Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. It has no office or local entity in the US, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 13 hours 30 minutes ahead of San Francisco in winter and 12 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support usually replies the same working day in India, which runs through your night, so a question asked at the end of the day is normally answered by morning.
Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, with your bank converting to dollars. Ask your accountant whether any sales or use tax is due.
Data protection. California's CCPA applies to many businesses that handle Californians' data. The US has no single federal privacy law, and sector rules such as HIPAA apply if you handle health data. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts.
