ShipSprint holds no government security authorisation, such as FedRAMP, so if you do communications work for a federal agency, keep anything the contract restricts out of it.

Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Washington DC in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Replies usually come the same working day, Indian time, which falls during your night, so set up a client's workspace well before a launch week.

Billing. Plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge. How local sales or use tax applies to a service bought from abroad is for your accountant.

Data protection. The US has no single federal privacy law; state laws such as California's CCPA and sector rules such as HIPAA apply. Member lists, donor records and supporter data need care, so check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and each client contract before you upload any of it.
