A written “why”. The built-in wiki keeps product decisions, pricing calls and customer promises beside the work, with page history. Any sentence can become a task, so a decision record turns into action without retyping.

A daily starting point. Everyone opens to a “my day” screen with today’s items. The “I’m blocked” button pulls in the person who can help, with context, which takes pressure off founders as the default answer to everything.

For a Sydney startup the big gaps are the summer break from Christmas to late January, which can collide with a planned launch, and Easter. Public holidays differ by state, so if you hire remotely in other states, their days off won’t always match New South Wales.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes behind Sydney in summer and 4 hours 30 minutes behind in winter. Questions usually get answered the same working day, Indian time, which reaches you in the afternoon or evening.

Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your card or bank converts the charge. Your accountant can tell you how Australian GST treats a service from overseas.
