If you want to see the whole product before choosing, start the 14-day trial. It's the full Business plan with a sample project loaded and no card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace carries on as Free with nothing deleted, so you can try forecasts and GitHub sync without risking the work you put in.

When you do pay, any charge is refunded in full within 7 days, and every plan includes a full JSON export, so you can leave whenever you want.

Day to day, everyone lands on a "my day" screen: today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the right person with context. In a team of four, that's usually the founder, and it saves them being chased across three chat apps.

There's no monitoring in the product on any plan: no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking. Once you're on Business, scorecards are adjusted for leave and visible to the person they describe.

Planning a launch around the Australian calendar

Capacity planning on Team and up counts leave and public holidays. For an Australian startup, the Christmas to late-January summer break and Easter are the obvious gaps, and public holidays differ by state, so a launch timed for an interstate customer should allow for their days off as well as yours. Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to Australian dollars. Ask your accountant how GST applies to a service from overseas.

Data protection. Once you hold customer or user details, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles may apply to you. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview and check them against your obligations and any contracts before importing personal data.
