Team is ₹299 per user per month, or ₹2,899 per user per year, for up to 40 users and 100 projects. Business is ₹599 per user per month, or ₹6,499 per user per year, with unlimited projects. There are no add-ons, so the number of seats is the whole calculation.

What changes between the tiers is scope. Free is core boards. Team adds time tracking, GitHub integration, capacity planning, the manager dashboard, email digests and AI assistant access. Business adds delivery forecasts, scorecards, the owner command center, the audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft and priority support.

Habits worth starting early

Most startups write things down too late. The built-in wiki is a cheap way to start early: a page per decision, with history, and any sentence can become a task. When the tenth hire asks why the backend is built the way it is, the answer is there.

The "my day" screen keeps a small team focused: today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the right person with context. In a startup, that is usually the founder, and it's easier than chasing them across chat.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. For an Australian startup, the Christmas to late-January summer break and Easter take out a lot of a small team at once, and public holidays differ by state. With Queensland off daylight saving, interstate investors and customers are an hour ahead of you from October to April, which is worth remembering for demo days and launch times.
