Structure a growing team will actually use

New tools fail when they ask people to do extra work. ShipSprint tries to ask for as little as possible. Each person opens to a "my day" screen with today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the right person with the context attached. Logging time takes about five seconds, and if someone forgets, the reminder goes to them, not to their manager.

New requests go to a triage inbox instead of whoever happened to be asked, and per-column WIP limits show when work is piling up. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, so engineering's board doesn't depend on anyone remembering to drag cards.

The built-in wiki is where a growing team writes down how it works for the first time. Pages keep their history, and any sentence can become a task, so a process note and the work it describes stay connected.
