A SaaS company selling to organisations rarely just hands over a login. From customer feedback to shipped fix

Once customers are live, their feedback has to go somewhere better than an engineer’s inbox. ShipSprint’s triage inbox takes requests and bug reports from support and customer success, and product decides which become work. On Team and up, the card then follows the code: a GitHub branch moves it, a merged pull request closes it, and the person who filed it can see the fix has shipped.

The built-in wiki holds specs, customer-specific configuration notes and release decisions with page history. When a customer asks two years later why a setting works the way it does, the note from the implementation is still there.

Developers can work with the board from their editor. On Team and up, Claude Code, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and Antigravity connect over MCP and act with the developer’s own permissions; on Business, those actions are in the workspace audit log.

Who you’re buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. of Hyderabad, India, makes and sells ShipSprint. There is no office or local entity in Canada, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Quebec City in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A support reply usually comes within the same working day in India, so schedule your own migration to ShipSprint away from a customer go-live.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, converted to Canadian dollars by your bank. How GST, HST or QST applies to software bought from a foreign supplier is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. As a Quebec company you deal with PIPEDA and with Quebec’s Law 25. Customer configuration notes and support tickets can contain personal information, so check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and your customer contracts before that information goes into ShipSprint.
