Testing the paid plans properly

The 14-day trial is the full Business plan for the whole team, with a sample project loaded and no card. Try a real piece of work on it: connect GitHub, log a week of time, and see whether forecasts or the command center are worth paying for at your size. If nobody upgrades, the workspace carries on under Free with nothing deleted. If you pay and change your mind, the charge is refunded in full within 7 days.

On a small team, every absence shows. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, which matters most around Golden Week in late April and early May, Obon in mid-August and the New Year holidays. Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Japan, and support is available by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 3 hours 30 minutes behind Osaka, all year. The Indian working day covers your afternoon, so a morning question usually gets an answer the same working day.

Billing. You're charged per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount to yen. Ask your accountant how consumption tax applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Once you hold customer or employee information, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, including its rules on sharing data with parties outside Japan.
