Choosing a tool early is mostly a question of risk. If it's wrong, how much have you paid, and how hard is it to get your work out? ShipSprint tries to make both answers small.

Free with no time limit. The Free plan covers core boards for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with every project template and community support. It's a permanent plan. Time tracking, GitHub sync and AI assistant access aren't part of it; they start on Team.

A trial without a card. Fourteen days of the full Business plan with a sample project loaded. If nobody upgrades, the workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted.

A refund window. Any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days.

Your data, exportable. A full JSON export of the workspace is available on every plan, including Free.

From five people to forty

Once the team passes five people, or needs a third project, Team is the next step: ₹299 per user per month, or ₹2,899 per user per year, for up to 40 users and 100 projects. It adds GitHub integration, so branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, plus five-second time logging, timesheets, the manager dashboard, capacity planning, email digests and access for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity over MCP.

Business, at ₹599 per user per month or ₹6,499 per year, is for when the founders need a view across several teams. It adds delivery forecasts from measured velocity as sprints close, the owner command center and Monday digest, scorecards, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects.

A forecast matters most when someone outside the team is waiting on a date: an investor update, a pilot customer, a launch. A date that's slipping shows up weeks early, while scope can still change.

Planning around the two big holidays

Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok are each usually a three-day holiday, and both move with the lunar calendar. For a five-person startup, a week with those days and a little extra leave takes a large share of what the team can get done. On Team and up, capacity planning counts public holidays and approved leave, so a launch or demo near either holiday is planned with the days you really have.

Everyone starts the day on a "my day" screen with today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking on any plan.

Signing up from Seoul: what to know first

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India, builds and sells ShipSprint. There's no office or local entity in South Korea, and support comes by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 3 hours 30 minutes behind Seoul year round. Support usually replies the same working day, Indian time, so a question asked over your morning coffee is typically answered by the end of your day.

Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to won. How Korean VAT treats a foreign software subscription is a quick question for your accountant.

Data protection. As soon as you collect user data, Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies. Review the sub-processor list and the security overview, and check them against your obligations and any customer or investor commitments.
