Paying for it as you grow

The Free plan covers the core boards for up to 5 people and 2 projects with no time limit, with every project template. Most of the features a growing team starts to want sit on Team at ₹299 per user per month (₹2,899 per user per year): time tracking and timesheets, GitHub integration, the manager dashboard, capacity planning with out-of-office, email digests, and AI assistant access from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity.

A new workspace starts with 14 days of the full Business plan, so you can try all of that, and Business extras such as delivery forecasts, before paying anything. If nobody upgrades, the workspace continues on Free and nothing is deleted. If you do pay and regret it, any charge is refunded in full within 7 days.

Once people start taking holidays, capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave. With a small team, one person away during the UK bank holiday weekends, Easter or Christmas to New Year is a large share of your output, so put it in before promising anyone a date.

Using ShipSprint from Bristol: before you sign up

Who you're buying from. The company behind ShipSprint is Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the UK, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Bristol in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question from your morning arrives during our afternoon; expect a reply the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. You pay per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts it to pounds. If you're registered for VAT, your accountant can tell you how a service bought from abroad is treated.

Data protection. Hiring pipelines and onboarding checklists hold personal data, so the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and anything your customers' contracts require.
