Running the company day to day

The Free plan covers the core boards for up to 5 people and 2 projects with no time limit, with all project templates, so a founding team can start without a bill. Team, at ₹299 per user per month, adds GitHub integration, time tracking, capacity planning, the manager dashboard, email digests and AI assistant access, and covers up to 40 people.

Everyone opens to a "my day" screen with today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the right person with context. New requests from customers or investors go into a triage inbox, so they're decided on rather than lost in a founder's email.

On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave, public holidays and out-of-office. Scotland has its own bank holidays, including 2 January and St Andrew's Day; if your first hires are spread across the UK, not everyone will be off on the same days. Plan around those, the bank holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas to New Year.

ShipSprint has no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. Early teams run on trust, and the tool shouldn't undermine it.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the UK, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Edinburgh in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Send a question in your morning and it arrives during our afternoon; replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. You're billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge. If you're VAT-registered, your accountant can say how a service bought from abroad should be treated.

Data protection. Customer and candidate details in the workspace are personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and diligence may ask how you handle them. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts.
