The incident is fixed, the follow-ups are forgotten

Every team that runs software in production knows the pattern. Something breaks, people drop the sprint, it gets fixed, and there's a post-incident review with a list of actions: add an alert, fix the retry logic, document the recovery step. Three weeks later, most of those actions are still in a meeting note nobody reopens, and the same incident happens again.

Part of the problem is that the review and the backlog live in different places. Part is that the sprint was already full, so follow-ups have nowhere to go.

Scotland has its own bank holidays, including 2 January and St Andrew's Day, so a team with members in England may be at full strength one day and half strength the next. The bank holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas to New Year are when cover is thinnest across the whole UK.

Developers can work with the board from Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude or ChatGPT over MCP on Team and Business: check what's assigned, update an incident task, ask what's blocked. The assistant acts with that developer's own permissions. On Business, every assistant action is in the workspace audit log.

On Business, delivery forecasts use measured velocity, so a sprint lost to incidents is already reflected in the next date rather than discovered at the deadline. There are no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking, and scorecards on Business are adjusted for leave and visible to the person they describe.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is developed by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the UK, and you reach support by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Edinburgh in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. ShipSprint support isn't an out-of-hours incident line: replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Seats are charged per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to sterling. VAT on a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. Incident write-ups can include customer identifiers and log excerpts, which the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 cover. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and client contracts, and agree what gets redacted before it's pasted in.
