Time logs are what people enter themselves, in about five seconds beside a finished task on Team and up, and reminders go to the person, not their manager. On Business, scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity over MCP, on Team and Business) work with the user's own permissions, so they can't see or change anything that person couldn't.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Edinburgh in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Your morning lands in the Indian afternoon, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.
