The wiki records why requests were accepted or turned down, with page history, so the founder who said "maybe next quarter" six months ago can check what was actually said.

On Team and up, the engineering board follows GitHub, with branches moving cards and merged pull requests closing them. On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so you can tell a partner a realistic date and update it early if it moves.

Assistants with limits, and planning with leave

On Team and Business, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity connect over MCP. Engineers can check or update their work from the editor, and the assistant can only do what that person could do themselves. That's a useful answer when a customer asks how AI tools touch your systems.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and out-of-office. Check commitments to design partners against the UK bank holiday weekends, Easter and the Christmas to New Year period, when a small team ships less.

There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. On Business, scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

Using ShipSprint from Cambridge: points for your own vendor review

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India, provides ShipSprint. It has no office or local entity in the UK, and support is via email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Cambridge in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. If a customer's questionnaire needs details from us, send the questions early; replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Billing is per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge. Ask your accountant how VAT applies to a service bought from outside the UK.
