Team, at ₹299 per user per month, is the first paid step: time tracking and timesheets, GitHub integration, capacity planning that counts approved leave, email digests and AI assistant access over MCP, for up to 40 users and 100 projects. Business, at ₹599, adds delivery forecasts, the owner command center and Monday digest, scorecards, the audit log and sign-in with Google or Microsoft, which tends to matter once you're reporting to a board.

With a team this small, plan launches around Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays. For a consumer product, the late-November week is also the start of the holiday shopping season, so it's a launch window and a staffing problem at the same time. Nothing in ShipSprint takes screenshots, logs keystrokes or tracks activity.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the US, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 13 hours 30 minutes ahead of Portland in winter and 12 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question sent at the end of your day reaches us in our morning and usually gets an answer within the Indian working day.

Billing. You pay per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to dollars. Whether any tax applies is for your accountant.

Data protection. The US relies on state privacy laws, such as California's CCPA and Oregon's consumer privacy act, and sector rules like HIPAA, rather than one federal law. If you sell direct to consumers, keep customer data in your commerce tools rather than in tasks, and check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations.
