Austria also has several church public holidays in spring, including Ascension, Whit Monday and Corpus Christi, which often lead to bridge days. If you coordinate offices in other countries, their public holidays differ, so record each office’s days off.

Who you’re buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Austria or elsewhere in the EU, and support is provided by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Vienna in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question sent in your morning reaches us in the Indian afternoon and is usually answered the same working day; one sent late in your afternoon will often wait until the next.

Billing. Plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to euros. How Austrian VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU, for example under the reverse-charge rules, is a question for your tax adviser.
