Status that comes from the work, not from a meeting
In most teams, the honest answer to "where are we?" lives in people's heads. The board says one thing, the spreadsheet another, and the only way to be sure is to gather everyone for half an hour and ask. That works for a while, then the team grows and the meetings multiply.
ShipSprint tries to make the board itself the answer. A card's column is its status. Per-column WIP limits show when a stage is overloaded, so nobody has to say it out loud. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, which keeps the engineering board in line with the code without anyone dragging cards around.
When someone is stuck, they don't wait for the next stand-up. The "my day" screen every person opens to has an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the person who can help, with the task and its context attached.
Answers for the people who aren't in the sprint
A department head or founder needs a different view from the developer. They want to know which dates are at risk and where to move people, not which card is in review.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity as each sprint closes, so a date that is slipping becomes visible weeks before it's due. The owner command center shows every team in one place, and a Monday digest arrives assembled, so nobody spends Sunday evening building a status slide.
On Team and up, people can also ask the workspace directly. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and Antigravity connect over MCP and answer questions such as "what's overdue in marketing?" using the asking person's own permissions. Email digests cover anyone who prefers to read a summary.
More than an engineering tool
Engineering, HR, marketing and operations each get templates and their own vocabulary, without a second product to buy.
Sprints, a triage inbox for incoming requests, and WIP limits on every column. GitHub sync from Team upwards.
Hiring stages and onboarding checklists, plus out-of-office and approved leave feeding straight into capacity on Team and up.
Campaign plans and content calendars that sit beside the product work they depend on.
Recurring processes and checklists in a built-in wiki with page history, where any sentence can become a task.
Planning for July
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. In Denmark, the long summer holiday in July is the period that most changes what a team can deliver, followed by Easter and Christmas to New Year. A sprint plan that assumes full capacity in July will miss, and the earlier that's visible, the easier it is to move a release or a campaign to August.
Time logging on Team and up takes about five seconds beside the task just finished, and reminders go to the person, not their manager. ShipSprint has no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking on any plan. On Business, scorecards are adjusted for approved leave, so three weeks off in July doesn't look like a drop in output, and each person can see their own.
Buying ShipSprint from Copenhagen: what to know first
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is developed by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. We have no office or local entity in Denmark or anywhere else in the EU. Support is provided by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Copenhagen in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Your morning falls in the Indian afternoon, so questions sent early in your day usually get a reply the same working day, Indian time.
Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to kroner. How Danish VAT (moms) applies to a service bought from outside the EU is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. Danish companies fall under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The sub-processor list shows which providers handle workspace data, and the security overview describes tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and export. Check both against your own obligations and your customer contracts before storing personal data in the workspace.
