Where sprints actually stall
Ask a development team why the sprint didn't finish and the answer is rarely "we didn't write the code". More often the work was done but sat waiting: a pull request no one had time to review, a question for the product owner that went unanswered for two days, a test environment that was down. The board said "in progress", which was true and told nobody anything.
ShipSprint attacks the waiting. Per-column WIP limits apply to review as much as to development, so when three pull requests are waiting, the board stops the team pulling in new work until someone reviews. It's a small rule that shifts the habit from starting to finishing.
For the other kind of wait, each developer's "my day" screen has an "I'm blocked" button. Tapping it brings in the person who can unblock the task, with the context attached, so the question doesn't sit in a chat channel until the next stand-up.
The board follows the repository
On Team and up, ShipSprint connects to GitHub. A branch linked to a card moves it, and a merged pull request closes it. Developers don't spend the end of the day dragging cards, and the lead doesn't have to ask whether something is really done.
That also makes forecasting fair. On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity as sprints close, and because the velocity comes from merged work, it reflects what the team actually ships rather than optimistic card moves.
Developers who live in their editor can stay there. On Team and up, Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude and ChatGPT connect to the workspace over MCP. A developer can ask "what's assigned to me?" or mark a task done without opening a browser, and the assistant can only do what that developer is allowed to do.
Onboarding without a week of shadowing
Architecture choices and setup guides in the built-in wiki, with page history showing how they changed and when.
Any sentence in the wiki, such as "the staging seed script is out of date", can become a task, so gaps found during onboarding get fixed.
Engineering and HR templates for onboarding, so access, accounts and a first small task are set up before day one.
New starters see their own "my day" list, not the entire backlog, until they know their way round.
Sprints around the Danish summer
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. For a Danish team, that means the long summer holiday in July above all, plus Easter and Christmas to New Year. If several developers are away at once in July, plan smaller sprints or a maintenance-only period, and let the forecast reflect it rather than discovering in August that the release has moved.
Time logging is there if you need it, on Team and up: about five seconds next to the finished task, with reminders that go to the developer and not to the manager. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge. Your accountant can explain the VAT treatment of a service bought from outside the EU.
Data protection. GDPR applies to any personal data that ends up in issues, logs or screenshots attached to tasks. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts, and scrub personal data from bug reports where you can.
