The usual result is that the decision is made by default. Bugs arrive by chat and get fixed by whoever saw them, the roadmap gets whatever is left, and debt waits for a quiet sprint that never comes. Nobody chose that balance; it just happened.
In ShipSprint, every new request goes into one triage inbox, whether it came from support, sales or an engineer. Product reviews it there and decides where it goes. Release dates that hold up

Shipping before or after July
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. For a Danish SaaS team, the long summer holiday in July usually takes the biggest bite out of capacity, with Easter and Christmas to New Year as the other weeks to check. A release planned for the first week of August has most of its final testing done during the holiday, so decide in June whether it really ships then or waits until the team is back.
Scorecards on Business are adjusted for approved leave, so a developer's July off doesn't count against them, and each person sees their own. ShipSprint doesn't take screenshots, record keystrokes or track activity.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint belongs to Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company in Hyderabad, India. It has no office or local entity in Denmark, and support is offered by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Copenhagen in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Send a question in your morning and you'll usually get a reply the same working day, Indian time.
Billing. Per-seat charges are in Indian rupees via Razorpay, converted to kroner by your bank. For how Danish VAT works on a service bought from outside the EU, check with your accountant.
Data protection. As a SaaS company you are under GDPR yourself, and your customers may list your vendors in their own reviews. Before support tickets with customer data go into ShipSprint, read the sub-processor list and the security overview and check them against your obligations and customer agreements.
