Every workspace is an isolated tenant. Two-factor authentication is available to every user. Business adds sign-in with Google or Microsoft and the workspace audit log, which records actions across the workspace, including those taken by AI assistants. The full workspace can be exported as JSON on any plan. The sub-processor list names every provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview has the detail.

What to know first, from Ottawa

Who you’re buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company based in Hyderabad, India, makes ShipSprint. There is no office or local entity in Canada. Support is by email and in-app chat, with priority support on Business.

Time zones. IST is 10 hours 30 minutes ahead of Ottawa in winter and 9 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, which leaves almost no shared working hours. Replies usually come the same Indian working day, so send setup questions with the details attached and don’t schedule a migration against a customer demo.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and out-of-office. Before a release date goes into a customer agreement, check it against Canada Day on 1 July, Thanksgiving in October and the Christmas to New Year period, when fewer people are available to ship and support it.
