A board that only works if everyone remembers to update it

On a team of six, a card stuck in "In progress" for three days gets noticed at the next stand-up. On a team of thirty, split across squads and with half the engineers hired this year, it doesn't. The board becomes a record of who is diligent about dragging cards, not of what has shipped, and the sprint review turns into an exercise in correcting it.

ShipSprint takes the manual step out. On Team and up, opening a GitHub branch for a task moves its card, and merging the pull request closes it. For Indonesian teams, plan early for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (Lebaran), when collective leave days make the break longer than the holiday itself, and for Christmas to New Year. A sprint planned with those absences in mind is one the team can actually finish.
