Time zones. IST is 1 hour 30 minutes behind Jakarta all year, with no daylight saving on either side. The Indian working day starts in the Jakarta late morning and carries on into the Jakarta evening, so a question sent before lunch usually gets an answer the same working day.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to rupiah. How Indonesian VAT applies to a software service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.
