At four or five people, a startup doesn't need a project management process. It needs a list everyone can see, a way to know who is doing what, and somewhere to write down what was decided. Keeping decisions as the team grows

Early decisions are made fast, in a chat or on a call, and are hard to reconstruct once the person who made them has moved on to something else. The built-in wiki keeps them next to the work, with page history, and any sentence can be turned into a task. Six months later, the reason the pricing page works the way it does is one search away.

When investors start asking for dates, the Business plan forecasts delivery from the team's measured velocity, recalculated every time a sprint closes. That gives a founder an honest early warning instead of an awkward explanation at the board meeting.

Planning on Team and up counts approved leave and holidays. In Norway, Easter, the long summer holiday in July and Christmas to New Year are when a small team's capacity drops most, and with five people, one person away is a fifth of the company.

Nothing in the product watches people. There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking, which matters when your first hires are also deciding whether they trust how the company runs.

Signing up from Oslo: the short version

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Norway, and support comes by email and in-app chat. Free plan users get community support.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Oslo in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. If you write to support in the Oslo morning, expect a reply the same working day, Indian time, more often than not.

Billing. Prices are per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank does the conversion to kroner. Ask your accountant how Norwegian VAT applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Norwegian companies are under the GDPR, which reaches Norway through the EEA Agreement. Before you put customer or candidate data in a workspace, go through the sub-processor list and security overview and check them against your obligations and any contracts you've signed.
