On Business, scorecards and manager performance analytics give a clearer picture of delivery. Scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe, so a developer is never assessed on a number they can't see. None of it uses screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking.

The same leave-aware planning matters for release dates. In England the bank holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas to New Year can take several people out of a small squad at once.
