Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company based in Hyderabad, India. It has no office or local entity in the UK, and support is handled by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Liverpool in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support usually replies the same working day, Indian time, so the morning in Liverpool is the best time to raise anything you need settled that day.

Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to pounds. How VAT applies to a service bought from outside the UK is a question for your accountant.
