Scope changes on the record
Client projects grow through small requests made in demos and calls. The triage inbox gives each one a place to land, so it can be estimated, agreed and only then added to the sprint, keeping the difference between the original scope and the extras clear when it's time to invoice.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity as each sprint closes. When the forecast moves past the date in the contract, you know weeks ahead, which leaves time to talk to the client about scope or timing rather than explain a missed launch.
Per-column WIP limits keep the work moving. When a developer is spread across three clients, a limit on "in progress" stops five half-finished cards from building up across the projects.
