If nobody upgrades, the workspace continues on Free with nothing deleted. On Business, delivery forecasts from measured velocity are useful once there are investors or customers waiting on a date.

Plan the launch date around the calendar too. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, and in England the bank holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas to New Year are when a team of four can become a team of two.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. The company has no office or local entity in the UK, and support is available by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Liverpool in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support generally replies the same working day, Indian time, so don't leave a launch-week question until late afternoon.

Billing. Paid plans are charged per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay; your bank converts to pounds. If you're VAT-registered, ask your accountant how to account for a service from abroad.

Data protection. Beta users' names and emails are personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer agreements before you paste feedback in.
